Parallel Universe and Other Worlds.
The hypothetical self-contained reality co-existing with one's own. A specific group of parallel universes is called a "multiverse." This drives many to believe in the idea that ghost, demons, alien creatures, and maybe other worlds sit on top of what we call reality. In this theory, you have the explanation of why "creatures" from another world can move or mess with our world and leaving us unable to reach their world.
The idea begins with there world sitting on top of ours they can reach down to our plain but unfortunately, we can not reach there's whether it may be because of the rules of the dimension or our rules of this world nevertheless it leaves us mostly defenseless.
This idea is a mesh of everything from the Quilted, Landscape, Quantum, and Holographic Theory. We like to think all the ideas are co-existing in the same room in a multi-level floor in a building, in a city and outside that city another city with a building with multi-level floors with many rooms and each room and endless possibility of multiverse buffet.
Along with these ideas meshed together gives every level its very own set of rules, rules in which it allows this certain world to interact directly with others and maybe not ours. It would explain what certain mediums describe as "alien-like demons but not demons," creatures that are so old they go back to the beginning of time. Scary right?
This only brings more questions about interdimensional travel and the possibility it carries.

Bigfoot and Aliens..
This theory has been played with, but Pandora has taken this theory a bit further than from what most theorists have. The Idea that Bigfoot may be an extraterrestrial coming to earth to collect samples hence some people spotting UFO's when spotting Bigfoot. The ufo act as a sort of transport.
Bigfoot could be seen as a botanist of some sort, An intriguing event occurred with a UFOs and Bigfoot together comes from 1888 around a ranch and a group of Native Americans from northern California. The natives described three “crazy bears” that descended from the sky in a small moon, leaving them in the woods before taking off.
Project Blue Book, case No. 10798 which remains unsolved, takes place in Erie, Pennsylvannia. According to witnesses Betty Jean Klem, Anita Haifley, and Douglas Tibbets, a mushroom-shaped craft touched down near their car parked near the volleyball courts, which was stuck in the sand. Tibbets went off to report the incident to park authorities while friend Gerald LaBelle searched for assistance towing the car, leaving the girls behind. Naturally, that's when the beast appeared from its mushroom-like ufo, prowled over to the car, and scratched at the glass. They honked the horn. Geez, never mind. I'll just replace the battery. Eff this noise. The beast ran back to the UFO and took off.
Last example case takes us to Cincinnati, Ohio in 1973, when Reafa Heitfield and her daughter were awakened in the middle of the night to a "beam of light" that extended down from a bulbous umbrella shape in the sky. Tracking the light to where it landed in the nearby woods, the two noticed a ".. grayish, simian creature" wandering toward the beam. Before they knew it, both the ape and the craft disappeared.
Though these stories may or may not be fictitious in nature, it’s reported that at least 20 percent of Bigfoot sightings match with UFO events. This crossing of events can support the idea that bigfoot could potentially be in collaboration or are the Aliens themselves dressed as a this hairy, upright-walking, ape-like creature!
